Foundations of Ortho-Bionomy® Focus on the Extremities

In this class, we look at the history, philosophy and principle of Ortho-Bionomy. It provides an overview of the basic release techniques for each major joint in the body. Movements and positions of comfort are demonstrated to facilitate the release of muscular tension and overall stress by stimulating the inherent, self-corrective reflexes of the body. This helps the body create structural alignment and balance from within. Areas of the body covered will include the shoulder, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles and feet.
