September 27-28 Foundations of Ortho-Bionomy® Focus on Extremities

with Michael Miller. In this class we will look at the history, philosophy, and principle of Ortho-Bionomy and provides an overview of the basic release techniques for each major joint in the body. Movements and positions of comfort are demonstrated to facilitate the release of muscular tension and overall stress by stimulating the inherent, self-corrective reflexes of the body which help the body create structural alignment and balance from within. Areas of the body covered will include the shoulder, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles and feet.

 

Prerequisites: None

Jan. 31- Feb. 1 Foundations of Orth-Bionomy® focus on the Spine with Michael Miller- In this class we will look at the history, philosophy, and principles of Ortho-Bionomy. All Classes will be held at the Days Inn at Woodbury 8030 Jericho Turnpike (Route 25) Woodbury, NY. Unless otherwise noted. Classes are from

Cancelations 2 weeks prior to the class will receive a full refund. After that the payment 
will be held and can be used to take another class with the same instructor.
