Ortho-Bionomy Isometrics and Isotonics

In this class we will learn about Isometric and Isotonic techniques. How they are used for working with inefficient muscular tension patterns are presented and practiced. Through the use of these techniques the self-correcting reflexes are stimulated and habitual holding patterns can be released. Participants learn how to find, support and exaggerate the client’s tension pattern. Helping the client find greater mobility and allowing the client to actively participate in the session.
